The Tulip Tower, London

The Tulip a 305-meter tall tower, designed by Foster + Partners - is planned to be built in London.

The Tulip is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating, with environmental features such as an additional 130 square meters of plaza space, two green walls, and system technologies offering 42% carbon savings, 48% water reduced through 100% recycled water for irrigation, and 284 cycle parking spaces.

The Tulip Tower would become the tallest structure in the City of London. The Tulip is a showcase for London’s world-leading expertise in architecture, culture, education and business.

The Tulip offers a free state-of-the-art education facility for London’s state schoolchildren, and provides a memorable and informative experience for tourists about London’s history and dynamism. The construction could begin in 2020, for a 2025 completion date.
