General Specification

Baran 2 is Baran engineering group’s second project which is under construction in the city of Mashhad since 1390.  "Hotel Residential Tower" has a distinct conceptual sense and interprets into “a different lifestyle”. This concept has been proposed and turned into reality for the first time in Iran by the aforementioned group.

In this model, which it’s aim is to raise the quality of  life, it has tried to combine hotel services, building  maintenance services and after-sales services , in order to provide a new style of  life for our customers.
