ICD Brookfield Place, Dubai

ICD Brookfield Place, designed by Foster + Partners, is located on a 4-acre site in Dubai. The mixed-use development consists of 54 story Tower containing over 83,600 m² of office space, 7 levels below ground capable of accommodating 2,700 vehicles, adjacent Podium level structures containing five-story, 14,000 m² retail centers and a 1,670 m² triangular-shaped five-story high open atrium roof structure called Summer Garden. The design establishes a diagonal route across the narrow site, creating a new direct pedestrian link between Al Sa’adah Street and the Promenade. The project has been designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. The top three floors of the tower are built as “Sky View suites” with internal gardens, featuring 6-meter ceilings.
