Australia 108 apartment complex is set to be the tallest residential building in the southern hemisphere. This residential building has about 318 m height with the full 101 levels.  A penthouse spread across the 100th floor will be the "tallest" home in the southern hemisphere. The interior design builds on the feminine curves of the architecture. Envisioned as a ‘queen,’ the building shimmers with an appropriately majestic color palette – a luxurious hotel-style scheme with an understated materiality of rich natural textures. The construction process started in 2015 and is scheduled to be completed in 2020.
