D’Leedon
D'leedon is Zaha Hadid's first condominium design in Singapore. D’Leedon is a Modern residential complex which is currently under construction. It has 7 towers and also 1,703 apartments, 12 villas and 8 retail spaces that will be built on an expansive 78,000 m2 site. The towers are 150 m tall and include a gross floor area of 220,000 m2 and the basement area of 70,000 m2. The construction has started in 2007 and is estimated to be finished in 2015.
