Central Park Tower, NYC

The Central Park Tower designed by architecture firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill has topped out at 472 meters in Manhattan, making it the World's Tallest Residential Building. Central Park with 131 floors will have extraordinary views and floor plans. The grand living and entertaining spaces are strategically positioned in the corners of the residences to maximize multiple panoramas and citywide views. Structural elements are discreetly located between the residential units, resulting in floor-to-ceiling windows, unencumbered views and gracious layouts. Texas firm Rottet Studio has designed the interiors for the project.

It features a reflective exterior comprising a mixture of materials including glass, satin-finished stainless steel, that make it further stand out from its brickwork neighbors. From 91 meters upwards, a volume is cantilevered on the eastern side to offer park views for residents. In total, the skyscraper will accommodate 179 residences that start from the 32nd floor of the building. These will range from two to eight bedrooms and 133 square meters to over 1626 square meters. Residents will have access to a suite of luxury amenities organized by in-house private club, Central Park Club.

Central Park Club will offer approximately 4600 square meters of thoroughly curated luxury accommodations spread across three floors, each location providing a unique experience complemented by five-star service. Among these is a large outdoor area that includes a swimming pool, sunbeds, gardens and dining areas. Inside the tower is a slender swimming pool, a cigar bar, a private dining room, a grand ballroom, fitness center, basketball court, squash court along with conference suites, children's play areas and a screening room.
