Luxe Farmaniyeh Commercial & Office Complex

Luxe Farmaniyeh is a commercial complex under construction in a land with 1950 square meters area in Farmaniyeh region, Tehran. This modern complex with the ownership of Alireza Nazari is designed by Payam Soleimani Rafiei and Mohammad Adeli (Ati zist Eng. Group). The complex in 25 floors with an infrastructure area of 18328 square meters (11000 square meters GLA area & 7382 square meters shared-built area) includes 35 commercial units and 94 office units. Besides, Luxe Farmaniyeh Complex consists of 345 parking units and 250 square meters gym area. The units height of this luxurious complex is 3.50 meters and its cladding material is curtain-wall.

The project is estimated to be finished in the middle of 2017.
