Esfera City Center, Mexico

Esfera City Center is a great residential complex under construction in Monterrey, Mexico which is designed by famous Zaha Hadid Architects. With a Gross Floor Area of 137,000 square meters the project consists of 981 units from single-person lofts to four-bedroom apartments, varying in size between 45 to 165 square meters. At the center of the complex is a 30,000 square meter public park, which includes a Clubhouse, chapel, play areas for children, a skate park and sports areas, quiet zones for relaxation, a picnic area and an amphitheater.

The project will be constructed in three phases, in which the first phase is expected to be completed in 2018.
