Lotte World Mall & Tower

  • Lotte World Tower is a mixed-use complex under construction in Seoul, South Korea which is designed by high-rise architectural firm KPF. Won via an international design competition, this new tower with 325,000 m2 will rise up to a pinnacle height of 555 meters.
  • The 123-floor tower is inspired from traditional Korean ceramics, features of fine metalwork, porcelain, and calligraphy. Once completed the tower is going to be comprised by retail outlets that are forming a shopping mall on floors 1-6, offices spaces up until floor 60, luxury hotel from floors 86-119 and public access floors with observation deck reaching up until the last floor, 123.
  • The tower’s construction started in 2011 and is expected to finish in October 2016.
  • Lotte World Tower has won the MIPIM Future Awards Commendation in 2011.


  • LOTTE World Mall with Total GFA of 364,000m2 and Retail Mall GFA of 143,000m2 presents an impressive line-up of features including the country’s largest aquarium with more than 650 species and a 21-screen cinema which includes the world’s biggest screen. Combined, the Avenuel department store, with more brands than any other in the country, and the retail mall have attracted over 970 brands, 20 of which have made their debut in South Korea.
  • On October 14, Lotte Group opened the completed commercial retail buildings on the lower part of Lotte World Tower & Lotte World Mall.
