Ata Center

Ata Center is a mixed-use complex under construction in Tabriz, Iran. This amazing modern complex is designed by famous architect Hossein Mahmoudi. The complex in a land area of 120000 square meters, with an infrastructure area of 550000 square meters (350000 square meters GLA area & 150000 square meters shared-built area) includes 3000 commercial units with 188000 square meters GLA area and 163 office units with 15000 square meters GLA area. Besides, Ata Center Complex consists of a 12000 square meters Hyper market, 4000 square meters Amusement park, 18000 square meters Hotel and 7000 parking units.

The project has started in 2015 and is estimated to be finished in 2021.
